By using AshalNow, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you don't agree, please don't continue registering.

1. Nature of the service

AshalNow is a point-of-sale, inventory, and sales management system (SaaS), offered as a monthly or yearly subscription depending on the chosen plan.
Some features (such as factories/production, multiple branches, the AI assistant) are only available on certain plans, as shown on the pricing page at signup.

A new account gets a time-limited free trial. Once it ends, a subscription is required to keep using the system.
Ending the free trial early (at the account owner's request, or for abuse) terminates access immediately.

Subscriptions currently renew manually: you transfer the plan's price (bank transfer or Fawry) and upload the payment receipt inside the system; our team reviews and approves it within a reasonable time.
If a subscription isn't renewed by its due date, adding or editing new data (sales, purchases, etc.) is suspended immediately, while login and viewing existing stored data remain available.
Every month that passes without renewal is added to the account's balance due — for example, if you're two months late, the amount owed at renewal is both months combined, not just one.
If non-payment continues for more than 90 days (3 months) past the last paid subscription's end date, the account is automatically suspended entirely (including login access); reactivating it requires contacting support and settling the full balance due.
Prices may change with advance notice; a change never affects a period already paid for.

Your data (products, sales, customers...) is entirely yours. We keep regular backups as a safety measure, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
When an account is suspended (whether at your request or for non-payment), data is kept for two years before permanent deletion — contact us if you need a copy of it.

Using the system for any unlawful purpose, attempting to breach it, or creating fake accounts to repeatedly exploit the free trial, is prohibited.
The account owner is responsible for managing the permissions of employees added to their account, and for any activity through them.

We do our best to keep the service running, but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, and aren't liable for business losses arising from a temporary outage or from data the user themselves entered incorrectly.

These terms may be updated from time to time; you'll be notified of any material change by email or within the system.
